What You Gain

Six reasons to bring your watch here

Experienced Hands

Lead watchmaker Nattapong Thawi has worked with mechanical movements for over fourteen years. That kind of experience is hard to replicate and genuinely useful when diagnosing a stubborn problem.

No Surprises on Cost

We quote before we work. If we discover something unexpected mid-repair, we contact you before proceeding. The final bill matches what was agreed — no additions slipped in at collection.

Written Service Record

Every completed repair comes with written notes on what was done. This goes home with the watch and forms a useful record for future servicing — particularly valuable for automatics.

Proper Tools and Materials

We use watchmaker-grade lubricants, calibrated timing equipment, and appropriate case tools. The right materials make a measurable difference to how long a service lasts.

Secure, Logged Handling

Your watch is logged individually from drop-off to collection. It's only taken from secure storage when work is being actively carried out. We take that responsibility seriously.

Transparent Pricing in Baht

Our service prices are published clearly: ฿1,510 for crown and stem, ฿2,740 for bracelet restoration, ฿4,060 for a full service. No foreign currency, no ambiguity.

Expertise

What fourteen years teaches you

Most common watch problems — a loose crown, a bracelet that no longer sits flush, a movement running behind — have straightforward solutions when you've encountered them enough times to recognise them immediately. The work goes more smoothly, and the diagnosis is less likely to miss something adjacent.

That said, experience also teaches you when a problem is beyond what the workshop can address well. We'd rather refer you elsewhere than attempt a repair we can't complete to a standard we're comfortable with.

What experience brings

  • Accurate diagnosis before quoting
  • Familiarity with a wide range of movement types
  • Awareness of common failure points by calibre
  • Ability to identify when a repair is not worth proceeding with
  • Confidence to say no to work that exceeds the workshop's scope

Our process in brief

  1. 01You bring the watch in or contact us first to describe the issue
  2. 02We inspect and log the piece, then share what we find
  3. 03We quote and wait for your agreement before starting
  4. 04We carry out the work and contact you if anything changes
  5. 05We test the result and prepare a written service note
  6. 06You collect and we talk through what was done
Process

A process that keeps you informed

The repair experience should be legible. We find that customers feel more at ease — and more confident in the outcome — when they understand what's happening at each stage and why.

Nothing proceeds without your agreement. You're not obliged to approve any work just because the watch is with us. If the quote doesn't suit you, we return the piece as it came in.

Service Quality

The right approach, not just the fast one

Bangkok's humidity and heat accelerate wear on seals and lubricants. A watch that keeps good time today may drift significantly within a year if its oils have dried or its seals have softened. We address these issues as part of the service rather than leaving them for the next visit.

The timing machine check we run after a full service tells us objectively how the movement is performing. We share those numbers with you in the written service record so you have a baseline for comparison in future.

Included in a full service

  • Complete movement disassembly and ultrasonic cleaning
  • Inspection of all components under magnification
  • Application of watchmaker-grade lubricants at correct points
  • Timing machine test across multiple positions
  • Seal and gasket check; replacement if worn
  • Written condition notes and timing report

What Makes Us Different

Things you won't find everywhere

A service note you can keep

We write up what was done, what was found, and how the movement tested after work. This is yours to keep with the watch — useful if you ever need to show a future repairer what's been done.

Honest assessments, not upsells

If a watch doesn't need the more expensive service, we'll say so. Our reputation is worth more than the difference between a minor repair and an unnecessary full service.

Realistic timelines, always

We tell you how long work will take before it starts — and we mean it. A full service takes two to three weeks because that's how long it should take when done properly.

Work discussed in person

You drop off and collect in person. That gives us a chance to look at the watch together, ask questions, and explain what was done — without the confusion of remote communication.
